NFL 2026 SEASON PREVIEW AND WIN TOTALS:

Fast Fact: 20 NFL Teams in the last 30 years that have been the Favorite at +500 or less to win the Super Bowl before the season started and not one of them went on to win the Title.

When betting on the NFL win totals and future wagers I am looking to play teams under and finding value in some other interesting bets.

There are a few NFL teams that will be just downright bad this season and are looking to rebuild.

Miami Dolphins season wins Under: 4.5

Let's start with the Miami Dolphins. Who are in no doubt rebuilding mode with a new head coach and a revamped roster. Miami has a new quarterback in former Green Bay backup Malik Willis. He does not have any quality wide receivers. The only holdover they have that is a solid player is running back De'Von Achane. Miami does not have an easy schedule and I feel they will be lucky to win three to four games this season.

Chicago Bears to win the NFC North +310

All four teams in this division have a shot to win it in one of the best divisions in the NFL. Bears second year head coach Ben Johnson had this offense humming last season and I look for that to continue with quarterback Caleb Williams.
